In case you feel that the serum wasn’t gentle on your skin, and your skin feels irritated for prolonged hours you may raise a refund request. Though, we suggest first going through the ‘how to use’ section on the product page, since each product has a different method of use. Please see if you followed the information provided correctly while using the product, in case you missed something try using the serum again with the correct methodology first. If still the concern persists, reach out to us for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Money-back guarantee is applicable on all serum orders placed on or after 15th March 2023.
