Beginners Exfoliating Serum - 5% Lactic Acid + 1.5% Probiotic

Why is this different?

A rare combination of Lactic acid and Probiotic  in lactic acid exfoliating serum works effectively on skin texture, skin tone and brightens the skin, along with improving the skin barrier. There is added Hyaluronic Acid to provide hydration to the skin. This exfoliating and hydrating combo works well to gently exfoliate the upper layer of skin, while hydrating the skin. The less concentration of AHA and probiotic is perfect for people with sensitive or dry skin.

How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 5% Lactic Acid (AHA) is a humectant that lightly exfoliates the upper skin layer to provide an even skin tone and smooth skin texture
• 1.5% Probiotics (Lactococcus Ferment Lysate) maintains skin microflora, balances skin pH and hydration.
• 1% Hyaluronic Acid hydrates the skin and gives a subtle glow to the skin

How to use?

1. Apply 2-3 drops on to the skin after cleansing.
2. Dab until the entire product is absorbed into the skin.
3. Use of moisturiser and sunscreen is compulsory after using this product.
4. Preferably to be used during the evening.
5. Use upto 3-4 days a week.

Note: If you are a first time user to the actives in the product, it is recommended to incorporate it slowly into your routine and gradually increase the frequency to 3-4 times a week. For more details check the FAQs.

  Use Beginners Exfoliating serum – 5% Lactic Acid  + 1.5% Probiotics for improved texture. Apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin after cleansing and gently pat it onto the skin until absorbed. Follow up with Deconstruct’s Breakout Control Serum – 3.3% Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate for best results.

  Use Deconstruct’s Beginners Exfoliating Serum – 5% Lactic acid + 1.5% Probiotic to gently exfoliate dead skin cells  and even out the skin tone. Apply evenly on clean and dry skin, avoiding eye area, until completely absorbed. Follow up with Deconstruct Brightening Serum – 10% Niacinamide + 0.3% Alpha Arbutin for best results.

  Use with Deconstruct’s Beginners Exfoliating Serum – 5% Lactic acid + 1.5% Probiotic to gently exfoliate dead skin cells and even out the skin tone. Apply evenly on clean and dry skin, avoiding eye area, until completely absorbed. Use with Deconstruct Pore Control Serum - 2% Salicylic Acid and 3% Niacinamide on alternate days

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Update received as product delivered but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

1. How long do I need to use beginners exfoliating serum to see the results?
   Use it for a while since you can see the result in 6-8 weeks of time.
2. How to use this product if I am a beginner / first time user?
   For people with sensitive skin/ who have never used any actives before, start using it once a week and layer it with a good moisturizer. Gradually increase the frequency of usage to 2-3 times a week. Moisturize your skin well post serum application. After exfoliation, the skin can become a little sensitive hence it is recommended to use sunscreen in the morning routine.
3. I have never used actives, can I use your beginners exfoliating serum?
   Yes, you can use the beginners exfoliating serum even if you have never used actives.
4. Is beginners exfoliating serum safe to use for a teenager?
   The beginners exfoliating serum is best suited for individuals above 18 years of age.
5. Is lactic acid exfoliating serum safe to use for a pregnant women?
   It is recommended to consult a doctor before using any product during pregnancy or lactation period.
6. Can lactic acid exfoliating serum be used by people with oily skin?
   Lactic acid works well for all skin type and will exfoliate the upper layer of skin without causing irritation.
