How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 5% Niacinamide – Helps regulate excess oil and reduces pigment transfer within the skin, improving uneven tone and fading the appearance of dark spots.
• 2% Liposomal Alpha Arbutin – Inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production, to visibly reduce hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and acne marks. The liposomal carrier helps the active reach deeper layers where pigmentation forms.
• Sodium PCA – Acts as a powerful humectant, attracting and retaining moisture to keep skin hydrated and balanced.

How to use?

Step 1: Apply 2–3 drops onto cleansed skin.

Step 2: Gently massage until absorbed.

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us at 080-471-05772 ( Monday - Sunday 10am - 7pm) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?

Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Orders placed under Next Day Delivery (NDD) or Same Day Delivery (SDD) are processed on priority and moved to fulfillment immediately.

Once an NDD or SDD order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified as the shipment is initiated instantly to ensure timely delivery.

In case of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the company.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Email us with your order details and product images if damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that if an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, the ₹50 PPCOD charge shall be non-refundable.
