Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

   Yes, frizzy hair needs optimum moisture to smooth & lock the hair cuticle and tame the frizz. Even excessive moisture content can lead to frizziness.
7. What is the best way to stop frizzy hair?
   The best way to tame frizzy hair is to use an anti-frizz hair serum  such as a hair serum containing hyaluronic acid to help control and smooth the frizz by restoring moisture into the hair. In addition to this, combing will help in evenly spreading the natural oils on the scalp to the hair lengths which will help control the frizz. 
8. Can I use this Smoothing Hair serum for my curly hair and rough hair? 
   Yes, the application of hair serum can be done for curly and rough hair to smooth and moisturize the hair without making the hair greasy to protect the hair from heat styling.

13. What causes hair to frizz?/ Why is my hair frizzy after I wash it?
    Hair becomes frizzy majorly due to dryness. This usually happens after hair wash due to the stripping off of natural oils from the hair. There are a lot of factors that together or individually contribute to hair dryness and ultimately the frizz.
    Humidity: The hair cuticles become rough and try to gather in moisture from the surrounding environment making it even more frizzier due to excessive moisture content.
    Overwashing hair: Overwashing hair strips the hair off of its natural oils, making it frizzy and dry.
    Harsh hair products: Sulfate containing shampoos, bleaching, hair color treatments and using harsh chemicals on hair overstrip the moisture content from the hair, making them extremely dry and frizzy.
    Heat styling: Usage of straighteners, Blow dry, heat curling devices can severely damage the hair health due to excessive heat and also makes them frizzier in the long run.
14. Is it safe to use a facial serum in my hair?
    It is not recommended to use facial serums on hair. Rather we would recommend to use Smoothing Hair Serum on hair to keep them well moisturized and nourished.

16. What is the difference between a hair cream and a hair serum? Is using both necessary?
    Hair cream is typically used to condition, control frizz, and provide some hold to the hair. Hair serum, on the other hand, is a  liquid-based lightweight finish serum that is used to add shine, reduce frizz, and protect the hair from heat damage. It is not mandatory to use both. The usage depends on hair type and requirement of the individual.
17. Which one is better to use, a hair conditioner, hair mask, or hair serum?
    The usage of each of these products depends on the user. However all of them are focussed on keeping the hair healthy and nourished maintaining incredible shine and improving appearance of hair. 
18. Is it necessary to use both hair serum and conditioner?
    Hair conditioner is primarily used to seal the cuticles by locking in moisture and to allow smoother brushing and combing of the hair.

19. Why is my hair curly when I wash it but crazy frizzy and after it dries?

    Smoothing hair serum is specially formulated to target the concerns related to hair strands and not those related to scalp. Hence ideally, Smoothing Hair serum should be for hair.
21. Does Hyaluronic acid & Squalane penetrate into hair like they do in the skin?
    Hyaluronic acid and Squalane work differently on hair as compared to skin. On hair it helps to smooth the cuticle thus it helps in smoothing the hair strands. However, on skin it helps to restore hydration and moisture to give soft supple skin.
