Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

Can I wash my hair daily with shampoo?/ Is it OK to use Biotin & Keratin shampoo every day?

Yes, you can wash your hair daily with shampoo or a Biotin & Keratin shampoo however, it is recommended to wash your hair twice or thrice a week depending upon the exposure to external conditions such as dirt, dust, pollution and the amount of product build up or excessive sebum secretion on the scalp. Make sure not to overwash your hair as it will strip off a lot of sebum and natural oil present in the hair leading to intense hair dryness. 

Which type of shampoo is good for hair?/Which shampoo is safe for hair?

A sulfate-free shampoo is usually good for hair as it cleanses off the dirt, impurities and product build up effectively yet gently without stripping off excess sebum from hair and scalp which is essential to keep the hair nourished. A sulfate based shampoo strips off this essential moisture and natural oils from the hair making them intensely dry and brittle. Along with this look out for gentle ingredients in the formulation which will keep the scalp soothed and hydrated. A good shampoo should also contain ingredients that benefit the hair such as keratin & biotin which will work to keep the hair nourished and healthy.

What should be the pH of shampoo generally? 

The pH of as a shampoo is usually acidic and lies between 5-7. The pH of shampoos is acidic considering the physical nature of the hair. Very strong basic solutions are bound to break the disulfide bonds in the hair and can even dissolve hair at the pH of 12. Hence the pH of the shampoo is acidic.

No, biotin & keratin shampoo does not have any side effects. 

Can I use normal shampoo after keratin treatment after using what about the result?

You can use normal gentle sulfate-free shampoo after keratin treatment to keep your hair and scalp clean and to maintain the smoothened hair after the keratin treatment. 

What is the difference between sulfate-free shampoo and normal shampoo?

A sulfate-free shampoo is free of surfactants such SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulfate) which function as great foaming and cleansing agents but are likely strip off a lot of sebum and moisture from the hair strands causing excessive dryness and roughness. A normal shampoo on the other hand may or may not contain sulfates. However, the purpose of both the shampoos is to effectively cleanse the scalp and hair off of dirt impurities and product build up. 

Are sulfate-free shampoos really better for your hair?

Yes, sulfate-free shampoos are usually better for hair because they cleanse the scalp and hair gently without stipping off excess sebum from the scalp and hair. 

Why is sulfate bad for your hair?

Sulfate is not exactly bad for hair, rather being a great surfactant and foaming agent, it strips off excess sebum from the scalp and hair making them dry and brittle which is harsh on sensitive and dry scalps. It can also make the scalp prone to irritation and dryness. 

Do I need a conditioner with sulfate-free shampoo?

Yes, you do need a conditioner with a sulfate-free shampoo to restore the moisture content in your hair strands and make them frizz-free and more manageable

Does your Nourishing Shampoo contain any fragrance? 

Nourishing shampoo does not contain any fragrances however it contains Clary Sage oil which is a powerful antioxidant source that fortifies hair to reduce hair loss and Lavender Oil which promotes hair growth.

Can this product be used by pregnant or lactating mothers?

It is recommended to consult a doctor before using any product during pregnancy or lactation period.
