How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 10% Niacinamide reduces hyperpigmentation, dark spots, & freckles by inhibiting melanosome transfer.
• 0.3% Alpha Arbutin in combination works on tan and brightens the skin by suppressing melanin production and protecting the skin from UV radiation.
• 0.2% Retinol increases cell turnover rate, thus producing fresh skin faster, to keep various signs of ageing at bay.

How to use?

AM Routine:

• Apply 2-3 drops of Brightening Serum on clean and dry skin.
• Gently massage until the product is completely absorbed.
• Follow up with moisturizer and sunscreen

 PM Routine:

• Apply 2-3 drops of Retinol & Peptide Serum on clean and dry skin.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

1. How to layer Brightening serum and Retinol & Peptide serum together?
   It is recommended to use these products in AM and PM routine as below:
   
   Start with a patch test first.
   
   Brightening serum (AM routine);
   -After cleansing, apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin and use your fingertips to spread it evenly across your face until absorbed.
   -Follow up with a moisturizer and sunscreen for best results.
   
   Retinol & Peptide serum (PM routine);
   -Apply 2-3 drops onto the skin after cleansing.
   -Massage until the entire product is absorbed into the skin.
   -Make sure to use a moisturizer after using this product.
2. What are the benefits of using Brightening serum and Retinol & Peptide serum together?
   Using Brightening serum in the AM routine helps fight pigmentation and dark spots, making skin glow whereas Retinol & Peptide serum prevents deterioration of collagen and increases skin elasticity keeping the signs of aging at bay. Together these skin serums keep the skin wrinkle-free and glowing.
3. Can I use Retinol everyday?
   Since Retinol is a very strong active, we need to build tolerance towards it.
   Start by using it 1-2 times a week in the PM routine and then slowly start using it from alternate days to everyday.
4. Can Retinol be used during pregnancy?
   Retinol should not be used during pregnancy.
5. I have never used Niacinamide, can I use 10% and how to use it?
   Our recommendation is to always start with a patch test and then slowly include it in the routine.
6. Does Brightening serum cause purging?
   Brightening serum usually does not cause purging.
7. What happens when you use face glow serum every day?
   Using Brightening serum in the morning and retinol & peptide serum at night every day can help in improving skin texture, even out the skin tone, and fight fine lines and wrinkles, giving a soft smooth texture & glowing skin.

   A moisturizer is recommended to be used after the face glow serum as it forms a protective barrier on the skin and provides moisturization to the skin.
