How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 18% AHA works on exfoliating dead skin cells and dirt from the dermis to the epidermis of the skin to give an immediate smooth texture
• 2% BHA works on deep exfoliation and cleansing of the pores
• 1% Ceramide complex which includes 3 types of ceramides- Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, and Ceramide EOP helps retain moisture and form a protective barrier.

How to use?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage

   Apply 2-3 drops of AHA BHA Exfoliating Serum on a clean and dry face. Wait for 10 minutes and then wash with warm water. Follow up with Skin soothe moisturizer. Follow this routine twice a week at night.
2. What are the benefits of using Exfoliating serum and Skin soothe moisturizer together?
   Exfoliating serum exfoliates the dead skin cells and smoothens the skin texture giving an even toned skin. Whereas Skin soothe moisturizer intensely moisturises the skin and boosts up collagen production. 
3. Does Skin soothe moisturizer work for oily skin?
   Skin soothe moisturizer is formulated for very dry to combination skin. Oily skin can use it as a spot treatment on extremely dry patches for additional nourishment avoiding oily areas such as T zone. Oily skin that has been stripped off of moisture due to over exfoliation or improper use of actives can also use Skin soothe moisturizer.
4. Can Skin Soothe moisturizer be used twice a day?
   Yes, Skin soothe moisturizer can be used twice a day.
5. I have never used Exfoliating serum before. Is it safe for me to use it?
   Yes, it is suitable for all skin types. It is always advisable to start with a patch test before using it.
6. Can I use Exfoliating Serum twice a day, daily?
   Exfoliating serum contains AHA & BHA, and should not be used more than twice a week.
